「わたしの恵みは、あなたに十分である。というのは、わたしの力は、弱さのうちに完全に現われるからである。」（第２コリント１２：９）
溺れている人を救助するのに、溺れている人がもがいている限りは、救命隊員は飛び込んで救助しません。必死でもがくのを止めた時に、救助します。
私たちが、神さまの助けを得るために、それに値する者になろうと労していませんか？私たちが、続けて、自分で何とかしようとするなら、それは私たち自身が、自分あるいは誰かの救い主になろうとしていることを意味します。
神さまは、自分を助ける者は助けません。神さまは、無力で神に頼ってくる者を助けます。自分の問題解決の唯一の助け手として、神さまに目を向ける者を助けます。十字架のプラスは私たちのマイナスを超強力に引きつけます。
残念なことに、私たちの多くは、自分で何とかしようとします。物事によっては、それほど神さまを必要としないと考えるからです。しかしイエスは「私を離れては、あなたがたは何もすることができない。」と言われます。（ヨハネ15:5）
二酸化炭素を吐き出して、酸素を吸うように、私たちの弱さを吐き出して、自分の状況にキリストの強さを確信していきたいです。

"My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness." (2 Cor 12:9)
To rescue a drowning perosn, as long as the drowning person is struggling, the life rescuer does not jump in and rescue him. When the drowning person stops fighting desperately, the rescuer starts to take an action.
Are you trying to be deserving of God's help to obtain His help? When we continue to try to work things out, we are tryig to be our own or somebody's saviors.
God does not help those who help themselves. He helps those who are helpless and dependent on Him. He helps those who look to Him as their only source of help for their problem. The Plus of the cross strongly attracts our minuses.
Unfortunately, many of us are still tryin
g to help ourselves, thinking that for certain matters, we don't really need God. But God says, "Without Me, you can do nothing."(John 15:5)
As we breathe out carbon dioxide and suck oxygen, let us surrender our weaknesses and be convinced of the absolute strength of Christ in every situation.
"My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness."
